Cordell brings a passion for leadership, development, and accountability. His coaching philosophy centers on continuous improvement — always striving to be better, no matter where you’re at. With a focus on determination, discipline, and never giving in, Cordell holds himself to the same standard he expects of his players.

“My goal is to help each and every player not only grow as hockey players, but as people. I want to help them build the skills and mindset that will carry them through the rink, the classroom, and the rest of their lives.”
